Zapier Integration Overview
Connect MeetMatch to 8,000+ apps with no code using Zapier.
1What you can build
The MeetMatch Zapier integration lets you connect MeetMatch to thousands of other apps without writing code. It works in both directions.
Triggers start a Zap when something happens in MeetMatch:
- New Appointment Booked — a prospect books a meeting.
- New Contact — a new CRM contact is created.
- New Deal — a new deal is created in a pipeline.
- Deal Stage Changed — a deal moves to a different pipeline stage.
- Call Outcome Recorded — a rep logs a call's outcome, revenue, and rating.
- New Form Submission — a prospect submits a questionnaire or booking form.
- Create Contact — adds a CRM contact (returns the existing one if the email already exists, so you never get duplicates).
- Create Deal — creates a deal for an existing contact in a chosen pipeline.
2Real-time delivery
Triggers fire in real time using REST hooks — when a Zap is turned on, MeetMatch registers a webhook and pushes events the instant they happen, instead of waiting for Zapier to poll. When you turn a Zap off, MeetMatch automatically removes the webhook. This means automations like "post every new booking to Slack" or "add a row to a spreadsheet when a deal closes" run within seconds.
3Who should use it
Any team that wants MeetMatch to talk to the rest of their stack — Slack, Google Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, email tools, and 8,000+ others — without engineering work. You need admin access to your MeetMatch organization to create an API key. See Connecting MeetMatch to Zapier for step-by-step setup.
