Configure working hours, days off, and timezone.

- Business (9–5) — standard office hours.
- Extended (8–8) — for longer availability.
- Clear All — remove all availability (e.g. for vacations).

5Date-specific overrides
- Block an entire day — useful for personal appointments, conferences, or days off. No time slots will be offered on that date.
- Set custom hours — replace the weekly schedule for that specific date. For example, if you normally work 9–5 but want to only take meetings from 1–3 PM on March 28th, add a custom hours override.
- Click Add a date override.
- Pick a date (must be today or in the future).
- Choose Block entire day or Set custom hours.
- If custom hours, select start and end times.
- Click Add Override.
