Schedule

Setting Your Availability

Configure working hours, days off, and timezone.

1Working hours

Go to Availability and set your schedule for each day of the week. Toggle days on or off and set start/end times in 30-minute increments. Prospects can only book during your available hours.

2Use a preset

Quick presets are available:
  • Business (9–5) — standard office hours.
  • Extended (8–8) — for longer availability.
  • Clear All — remove all availability (e.g. for vacations).

3Timezone

Select your timezone from the dropdown. All booking times shown to prospects will be converted to their local timezone automatically.

4Editing other members (admin)

Admins can view and edit any team member's schedule using the member selector at the top of the Availability page.

5Date-specific overrides

Below the weekly schedule, you'll find the Date-Specific Overrides section. This lets you override your regular schedule for individual dates — similar to Calendly's date overrides. You can:
  • Block an entire day — useful for personal appointments, conferences, or days off. No time slots will be offered on that date.
  • Set custom hours — replace the weekly schedule for that specific date. For example, if you normally work 9–5 but want to only take meetings from 1–3 PM on March 28th, add a custom hours override.
To add an override:
  1. Click Add a date override.
  2. Pick a date (must be today or in the future).
  3. Choose Block entire day or Set custom hours.
  4. If custom hours, select start and end times.
  5. Click Add Override.
Overrides take precedence over your weekly schedule — if you have an override for a date, the weekly rule for that day of the week is ignored. To remove an override, click Remove next to it. Admins can manage overrides for any team member using the member selector.
