Ask Anything Across Calls

Search all your call transcripts with natural language questions.

1What is Ask Anything?

Ask Anything lets you query across every recorded call in your organization using natural language. Instead of manually reviewing individual calls, ask a question like "What did prospects say about our pricing?" and get an AI-synthesized answer with citations back to specific calls and timestamps.

2How it works

Behind the scenes, MeetMatch breaks every call transcript into searchable chunks and creates semantic embeddings. When you ask a question, it finds the most relevant excerpts across all calls and uses AI to synthesize a clear answer. This means it understands meaning, not just keywords. Asking "concerns about implementation timeline" will surface relevant conversations even if those exact words weren't used.

3Using Ask Anything

  1. Navigate to Meeting Notes.
  2. Type your question in the Ask anything across your calls bar at the top.
  3. Press Enter or click Ask.
  4. Review the answer, which includes source citations (call, prospect, date, and time range).
  5. Click any suggested follow-up question to keep exploring.

4Example questions

Here are some effective questions to try:
  • "What objections did prospects raise in the last month?"
  • "Which prospects mentioned a competitor?"
  • "What were the most common feature requests?"
  • "How did Sarah handle the budget objection in her calls?"
  • "What did Acme Corp say about their decision timeline?"

5Requirements

Ask Anything requires a Pro or Enterprise plan and at least one recorded call with a completed transcript. The more calls you have, the more useful the feature becomes — it can search across hundreds of calls in seconds.
