Getting Started

Importing from Calendly

Bring your scheduled Calendly meetings into MeetMatch so you can manage everything in one place.

1Why import from Calendly?

If your team is switching from Calendly to MeetMatch, you probably have meetings already on the books. The Calendly import pulls those scheduled events into MeetMatch so reps can see them on the Appointments page — complete with join links, durations, and prospect details — without re-booking anything.

2How to run an import

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and open the Import Wizard.
  2. Choose Calendly as the source and connect your Calendly account if you haven't already.
  3. Set the Months back (past meetings to import) and Months forward (upcoming meetings to import) range.
  4. Click Start Import. MeetMatch fetches your events, deduplicates against any previous imports, and creates appointment records.

3What gets imported

Each Calendly event becomes an appointment with:
  • Prospect name & email — from the Calendly invitee.
  • Meeting URL — the Zoom, Google Meet, or other join link attached to the event.
  • Duration — calculated from the event start and end times.
  • Scheduled time — the original date and time of the meeting.
Imported appointments are tagged with a Calendly badge so you can easily distinguish them from natively booked meetings.

4Deduplication

Running the import multiple times is safe. MeetMatch tracks each Calendly event URI and skips events that have already been imported, so you won't get duplicate appointments.

5How imported meetings appear

Calendly-imported appointments show up in the Appointments tab with a purple Calendly badge. You can filter by matching method to view only imported meetings. The detail panel shows the original join link so reps can click through to attend. Imported meetings are excluded from ML training and analytics dashboards to keep your data clean — they reflect meetings booked outside MeetMatch.
