1What is no-show protection?

MeetMatch can identify bookings that have a higher likelihood of resulting in a no-show and take protective actions automatically — like sending extra reminders, adjusting which team member is assigned, or overbooking a slot as a hedge.

2Protection profiles

Admins can create no-show protection profiles from the event type editor. Each profile configures:

Risk routing — route high-risk prospects to specific team members.
Overbooking — hedge high-risk time slots by allowing a backup booking.
Redirect — send very-high-risk prospects to an alternative experience (e.g. a video or landing page).
Auto-nurture — automatically send warming sequences to high-risk bookings.

3Assigning to events

In the event type editor, switch to the No-Shows tab and select a protection profile from the dropdown. If none is selected, the organization-wide defaults apply.
