Call Intelligence Pricing

Understand how call intelligence minutes and overage billing work.

1What is Call Intelligence?

Call Intelligence is the AI processing that happens after each recorded call — transcription via OpenAI Whisper, summary generation, coaching tips, interest curves, competitor mention detection, and transcript indexing for search. It is gated by plan tier and billed by processing time.

2Included minutes per plan

  • Free — no call intelligence.
  • Team — 5 hours (300 minutes) free per rep per month. No overage billing; calls beyond the limit are recorded but not analyzed.
  • Pro — 5 hours (300 minutes) free per rep per month. Overage is billed at $3.00 per hour ($0.05/min) via Stripe metered billing.
  • Enterprise — unlimited call intelligence.
Minutes reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).

3How overage works (Pro)

When a Pro-plan rep exceeds their 300 free minutes in a month, additional call processing is billed at $3.00/hour. This is metered through Stripe — the charge appears as a line item on the next invoice. The metered billing item is automatically attached to your subscription when you upgrade to Pro. You can view current usage in Settings → Billing under "Call Intelligence Usage."

4Storage overage

Recordings also consume cloud storage. Storage overage is separate from call intelligence minutes:
  • Team — 50 GB/seat/month included. Admins can opt into overage at $0.50/GB in Settings → Advanced.
  • Pro — 200 GB/seat/month included, with automatic $0.50/GB overage.
Video uploads (when enabled) consume significantly more storage than audio-only. See Cloud Storage & Recording Retention for full details.

5Monitoring usage

Admins can track both CI minutes and storage usage in Settings → Billing. The dashboard shows:
  • Minutes used this month vs. free allocation
  • Overage minutes and estimated cost
  • Storage bytes used vs. plan quota
  • Overage storage and estimated cost
Usage resets automatically on the 1st of each calendar month.
