Organization Settings

Configure your workspace, billing, and integrations.

1General settings

The Settings page has several tabs. General lets you edit your organization name, booking URL slug, domain, industry, and business profile (website, LinkedIn, address). You can also generate an AI business description for your booking pages.

2Billing

View your current plan, seat count, Call Intelligence usage, and cloud storage consumption. Team plans include 50 GB per seat, Pro plans include 200 GB per seat with $0.50/GB metered overage, and Enterprise plans have unlimited storage. Upgrade to Team or Pro for more features and seats. Manage your subscription through the billing portal — you can apply promotion codes during checkout.

3Integrations

Connect external tools:
  • Phone routing — configure phone call features.
  • HubSpot — sync contacts and deals.
  • Salesforce — sync leads and opportunities.
  • Import wizard — import data from Calendly, CSV files, or other platforms.

4Notifications

Configure meeting reminders and set up a custom email domain for branded booking emails. Admins and sales managers can also manage prospect reminders (email and SMS timing) from this tab — the same controls available on the Automations page.

5Appearance (theme)

MeetMatch defaults to light mode. Use the sun/moon toggle in the top navigation bar to switch between light and dark themes. Your preference is saved to your browser and persists across sessions. The theme toggle is available on both desktop and the mobile menu.
