Stale Account & Deal Alerts

Get notified when prospects are going cold or competitors surface.

1What are account alerts?

Account alerts notify you when a prospect relationship needs attention. MeetMatch automatically monitors your prospect interactions and creates alerts when:
  • A prospect hasn't had any activity in 14+ days (going cold).
  • A prospect goes 30+ days without interaction (high severity).
  • A prospect mentioned a competitor in a recent call (competitor risk).

2Viewing alerts

Alerts appear on the main Dashboard below the team analytics section. Each alert shows the prospect name, what triggered it, and how long they've been inactive. Alerts are color-coded by severity:
  • Red border — high severity (30+ days inactive or competitor mentioned).
  • Amber border — medium severity (14–30 days inactive).

3Dismissing alerts

Click the × button on any alert to dismiss it. Dismissed alerts won't reappear for 7 days. If the prospect remains inactive, a new alert will be created.

4Competitor risk alerts

When a prospect mentions a competitor during a recorded call, MeetMatch creates a high-severity alert. The alert includes the names of competitors mentioned. This helps your team respond proactively — for example, by preparing competitive positioning materials before the next call.

5Who sees alerts

  • Admins and managers see alerts for all prospects in the organization.
  • Salespersons see only alerts for their assigned prospects.
