Billing & Plans

Understand MeetMatch plans, seats, and upgrading.

1Plans overview

MeetMatch offers four tiers:
  • Free — basic scheduling for individuals.
  • Team ($14/seat/mo) — team scheduling with automations, analytics, 50 GB cloud storage per seat, 30-day recording retention, and Standard (480p) recording quality.
  • Pro ($50/seat/mo) — advanced features including pipelines, warming, 200 GB cloud storage per seat, 90-day retention, HD (720p) recording quality, $0.50/GB storage overage, and priority support.
  • Enterprise — custom pricing with unlimited storage, unlimited retention, Full HD (1080p) recording quality, dedicated support, and SLAs.

2Managing seats

Each team member requires one seat. When you try to add a member beyond your limit, the Add a Seat modal appears. In this modal you can:
  • Choose a tier — select Pro or Team for the new seat. Each tier has different features and pricing.
  • Choose a billing interval — toggle between Monthly and Annual billing. Annual saves ~17%. If you pick the same interval as your existing subscription, the seat is added to that subscription with prorated charges. If you pick a different interval, a new subscription is created using your payment method on file.
You can mix monthly and annual seats on the same team — for example, annual seats for permanent hires and monthly seats for contractors.

3Upgrading or downgrading

Click Upgrade on the billing tab to switch plans. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices through the billing portal.

4Cancelling and reactivating

You can cancel your subscription directly from Settings → Billing without leaving the app. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Changed your mind? Click Reactivate on the billing page before the period ends to resume your subscription. No new checkout is required.
