2How clips get into the library
- Manual clipping — on any meeting note, use the Coaching tab's Clip This Moment button on a win or miss, or use Create Snippet on the Transcript tab.
- AI auto-suggestions — after each call, the AI coaching engine automatically identifies high-impact winning moments and creates draft clips tagged with the relevant skill category (e.g. "Objection Handling", "Rapport Building"). These appear in the library as unfeatured drafts for managers to review.
- Interest curve clips — clip inflection points from the Interest tab where prospect engagement spiked or dropped.
