Training Library

Build a curated library of best call moments organized by skill and objection type.

1What is the Training Library?

The Training Library is a curated collection of your team's best (and most instructive) call moments, organized by skill category. Think of it as a playbook of real examples showing how to handle specific objections, close deals, build rapport, and more. Access it from Intelligence → Training Library in the navigation.

2How clips get into the library

There are three ways clips appear in the Training Library:
  1. Manual clipping — on any meeting note, use the Coaching tab's Clip This Moment button on a win or miss, or use Create Snippet on the Transcript tab.
  2. AI auto-suggestions — after each call, the AI coaching engine automatically identifies high-impact winning moments and creates draft clips tagged with the relevant skill category (e.g. "Objection Handling", "Rapport Building"). These appear in the library as unfeatured drafts for managers to review.
  3. Interest curve clips — clip inflection points from the Interest tab where prospect engagement spiked or dropped.

3Categories

Clips are organized into skill categories:
  • Discovery & Qualification — great examples of uncovering prospect needs
  • Active Listening — moments where the rep demonstrated strong listening skills
  • Rapport Building — establishing connection and trust
  • Objection Handling — addressing concerns and pushback effectively
  • Closing & Next Steps — strong closing techniques
  • Tone & Pace — matching communication style to the prospect
  • Product Knowledge — demonstrating expertise
  • Pricing Discussion — handling pricing conversations
  • Competitor Handling — positioning against competitors
  • Follow-Up Strategy — effective post-call actions
Categories are assigned automatically by AI when a clip is created from a coaching win/miss, or you can set them manually.

4Featuring clips

Admins and managers can feature clips to add them to the curated library. Featured clips appear prominently when team members filter by "Featured Only". Use the star toggle on any clip card to feature or unfeature it. AI-suggested clips start as unfeatured drafts — review them and feature the best ones.

5Searching and filtering

The Training Library supports:
  • Category filter — focus on one skill area at a time
  • Text search — search across clip titles and transcript text
  • Featured toggle — show only manager-curated clips or all clips
  • Sort — by newest or most viewed

6Sharing clips to chat

After creating a clip, click Share to Chat to send it to any team chat channel. The clip appears as an interactive card in the chat with a transcript preview and "View Clip" link. This is the fastest way to share a learning moment with the team.

7Use cases

  • New hire onboarding — build a "Day 1" playlist of featured clips covering each skill dimension
  • Weekly team coaching — share the week's best moments in a team chat channel
  • Objection playbook — curate clips showing how top reps handle each common objection
  • Self-improvement — reps can browse clips from top performers to learn new techniques
