Shareable Call Snippets

Clip and share key moments from calls for coaching and onboarding.

1What are call snippets?

Call snippets let you select a portion of a call transcript and save it as a named clip. You can add notes (e.g. coaching feedback), and optionally generate a shareable link that anyone can view — even without a MeetMatch account.

2Creating a snippet

  1. Open any meeting note from Meeting Notes.
  2. Switch to the Transcript tab.
  3. Click Create Snippet above the transcript.
  4. Click a segment to set the start of your clip, then click another segment to set the end.
  5. Enter a descriptive title (e.g. "Great objection handling" or "Pricing walkthrough").
  6. Optionally add coaching notes to provide context.
  7. Check Create shareable link if you want to share it outside your team.
  8. Click Create Snippet.

3Sharing snippets

If you enable the shareable link, you'll get a URL like meetmatch.ai/snippets/[token]. Copy and share it via Slack, email, or any messaging tool. Recipients can view the transcript excerpt, speaker labels, timestamps, and any notes you added — no login required. You can also Share to Chat — after creating a snippet, click the Share to Chat button to send it directly to any team chat channel. The snippet appears as an interactive card with a transcript preview and a "View Clip" link.

4Clip from the interest curve

The Interest tab on any meeting note shows a chart of prospect engagement over time. Inflection points — moments where interest spiked or dropped — are highlighted as clickable dots. Expand any inflection point and click Clip This Moment to instantly create a snippet covering that window of the call. This is the fastest way to capture training-worthy moments without manually selecting transcript segments.

5Use cases

  • Coaching — highlight specific moments where a rep handled an objection well (or could improve) and share with the team.
  • Onboarding — curate a library of great call moments for new hires to study.
  • Deal reviews — share key prospect statements with managers during deal reviews.
  • Win/loss analysis — clip the decisive moments from won or lost deals.
  • Training Library — feature your best clips in the Training Library organized by skill category for the whole team to learn from.
