Managing Appointments

View upcoming and past meetings, outcomes, and follow-ups.

1Appointments dashboard

The Appointments page shows your scheduled meetings. By default, it shows your upcoming appointments — sorted with the soonest meeting at the top — plus any past meetings that still need outcome annotation (where you haven't yet recorded whether the prospect converted). Use the Time filter to switch between:
  • Upcoming — future meetings plus needs-annotation (default).
  • Past — completed and past meetings, most recent first.
  • All — everything.
The Salesperson filter defaults to your own appointments. Admins and managers can switch to view any team member or "All" to see the full team.

2Recording outcomes

After a meeting ends (when using MeetMatch Video), you'll see a post-call annotation screen. Record the meeting outcome (e.g. "Closed – Won", "Follow-up needed", "No-show") and add notes. This data feeds your analytics.

3Rescheduling and canceling

Click any appointment to view details. From there you can reschedule or cancel. The prospect will receive an email notification.

4Appointment checklists

If an admin has assigned a checklist to the event type for an appointment, you'll see it in the appointment detail panel between the contact info and the meeting link. Check off items as you go — your progress is saved automatically and visible to managers. This is useful for reminders like "Send pricing deck", "Confirm demo environment", or "Follow up on trial sign-up". Admins manage checklists from the Events page.
