Automations & Reminders

Configure email and SMS reminders for your team and prospects.

1Automations page

The Automations page is the central hub for all reminder and notification settings.

2Your reminders (sales rep)

Toggle which email notifications you receive:
  • New booking notifications
  • Cancellation alerts
  • Reschedule notifications
  • Daily meeting digest
Choose reminder timing: 24 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, or 1 minute before each meeting.

3Prospect reminders (admin/manager only)

Admins and sales managers can configure when prospects receive reminder emails and SMS messages. This reduces no-shows. Toggle email and SMS channels independently, and choose from the same timing options. You can manage prospect reminders from either the Automations page or Settings → Notifications — both provide the same controls. SMS reminders are sent via Textbelt when the prospect provides a phone number during booking. Both email and SMS reminders run automatically in the background.

4Per-event overrides

In the event type editor, switch to the Reminders & SMS tab to override the global reminder schedule for a specific event type. You can use the team default or set a custom schedule.

5Test SMS

Use the Send Test SMS button on the Automations page to verify that SMS delivery is working correctly.
